the use of ne işte..what is the exact meaning of this phrase please?i understood it to be something like:

idare eder ne işte olsun .i'm managing(getting along) what can i do sort of thing..
therefore would it also be correct to say ingiltere'de havalar ne işte
or ingilzim ne işte

so i understood ne işte to mean something like thats it or what can i do is used in english.. if someone could help it would be appreciated

If your first sentence is re-ordered like this, it means something to me:

idare eder işte ne olsun? = so so, what else would you expect?

Did you mean it? Otherwise ... no idea.
