Turkish sentences are wrong by meaning. So translations can not be right!
1.sentence mistake "yapabilsen"> this should be yapabilirsin or yaparsın
2.sentence mistake; there is no wrong by words, but meaning is not clear, there are 2 verbs; I think you mean something different by saying "yapamazdim" than stay. so this sentence can be translated "IF I COULD STAY I WOULDNT DO" (MEANS SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN STAYING, OTHERWISE SENTENCE IS MEANINGLESS, UNRULED BY GRAMMAR!
3.SENTENCE MİSTAKE; keske öğretmen olabilir > keske öğretmen olsaydı(he/she got the chance but didnt prefer) or olabilseydi( he/she wanted to be a teacher but he/she hadnt have a chance to be a teacher) is correct form, rest is correct: you can NOT use keske with olaBİLİR, you should use it with olSAYDI or olaBİLSEYDİ.
aryway correct for of turkish sentence and translation:
Keske öğretmen olsaydı (çok) mutlu olurdu.
If only he/she were a teacher he/she could be so happy!
If it is your sentence and the subject you(in the sentence usage "I" > then this sentence would be;
Keske öğretmen olsaydıM (çok) mutlu olurduM.
If only I were a teacher I could be so happy!
This Turkish pattern is similar to "If I were ... I would/could ..." in English
