I found the Stumble Upon website by stumbling upon it! 
I mistyped the TC url, and got redirected to a Stumble Upon page with a link to Turkish Class 
It lets you discover websites that you might not come across otherwise. You have to register, choose some topics of your interest and download a toolbar. By clicking the Stumble! button, pages that might interest you are shown. You can rate whether you like them or not.
I've been messing about with it for more than an hour now and I like it.
