Quoting ceviz:

Could anyone explain me the correct use of these words?

yet-mek = to be enough, to be sufficient, to suffice

yet-er can be used as an adjective and means enough, sufficient.

when it used as aorist of "yetmek" it means:
it is enough, that's enough, that'll do, that'll suffice
yeterim = I am enough (for it)
yetersin = you are enough (for it)
yeter = He/she/it is enough (for it)
yeteriz = we are enough (for it)
yetersiniz = you are enough (for it)
yeterler = they are enough (for it)

yeterli = sufficient, enough
yetersiz = insufficient, inadequate, not enough, not sufficiently qualified (to do a job)

yeterince can be used to modify adjectives or verbs meaning sufficiently:
yeterince iyi = sufficiently good or good enough
yeterince bilirim = I know it sufficiently
yeterince bekledim = I have waited enough
etc.
