As you can see ia m confused about very basic things, but i have to make these things clear otherwise I wont ever make any headway. So I am not sure but I might have heard all of these structures:
Telefonnumeranızı alabilir miyim?
Sizin telefonnumeranızı alabilir miyim?
Szin telefonnumera alabilir miyim?

Sizin telefonnumeranızı alabilir miyim?

all of these are the same actually, but you have some syntax error. the point here you can omit "sizin" (your) in turkish sentences because tne next word is related (you) and it already shows the thing is related (you) the person your phone number (sizin) telefon numara-nızı > here suffix -nızı shows the person and numara s related to you.
telefon numaranızı alabilir miyim?
Can I get your pone number ?

so the third sentence (sizin telefonnumera alabilir miyim?) is wrong, while the first too are ok. But it is preferable if I omitt the pronoun (sizin)?

telefon numarası = phone number+3rd sg. poss.
telefon numaram = my phone number
telefon numaran = your phone number
telefon numarası = his/her/one's phone number
telefon numaramız = our phone number
telefon numaranız = your phone number
telefon numaraları = their phone number
you can add personal pronoun + genitive suffix
ben-im telefon numaram = my phone number
sen-in telefon numaran = your phone number
o-nun telefon numarası = his/her/one's phone number
biz-im telefon numaramız = our phone number
siz-in telefon numaranız = your phone number
onlar-ın telefon numaraları/numarası = their phone number
rarely you can drop possessive suffix
ben-im telefon numarası = my phone number
sen-in telefon numarası = your phone number
o-nun telefon numarası = his/her/one's phone number
biz-im telefon numarası = our phone number
siz-in telefon numarası = your phone number
onlar-ın telefon numarası = their phone number
in your example "telefon numaram" becomes "telefon numarası" not "telefon numara" which is wrong.
But it would completely drop for the following case:
ben-im ev-im = my house
sen-in ev-in = your house
o-nun ev-i = his/her/one's house
biz-im ev-imiz = our house
siz-in ev-iniz = your house
onlar-ın ev-i/ev-leri = their house
ben-im ev = my house
sen-in ev = your house
o-nun ev = his/her/one's house
biz-im ev = our house
siz-in ev = your house
onlar-ın ev = their house
So your example should be like this:
Telefon numaranızı alabilir miyim?
Sizin telefon numaranızı alabilir miyim?
Sizin telefon numarasını alabilir miyim?

sizin telefon numerasını alabilir miyim!!!!!
Oh, so you both mark the possesive and the objective but not the person. That was the mystery! I wouldn't ever figure it out by myself.
Gush what a relief

In the 3rd case you would normally omit the possessive suffix. But it should be "telefon numarası" in that example. For example if we just say number, it would be different.
Numaranızı alabilir miyim? = Can I get your number?
Sizin numaranızı alabilir miyim? = Can I get your number?
Sizin numarayı alabilir miyim? = Can I get your number?
