He has shortened some words.
ins means inshallah (God willing, i hope so)
k.i.b means "kendine iyi bak ( take care )
grsrz means "görüşÃ¼rüz" ( see you )
we use these words in chatting and SMS
or, maybe he wrote "görüşÃ¼rüz", and nadinethanoon's phone couldn't get it because of Turkish characters
