My name is Maria, 27 years old. I am from argentina so my mother tongue is Spanish . I have been working as an english teacher in a private institute for 2 years. I am also doing a translation course (spanish -english , english-spanish ) at university. So I can speak and write english fluently. But as I haven`t finished with university I have no diploma yet.
Do you think I have any chances of working in Turkey as an english teacher or english -spanish translator in Turkey without having a diploma?
Thanks in advanced for your comments!

In fact, here, the first thing to work in a good job is to prove your quality, and this means: "show your diplom". And although you have a diplom about your job, you have to show your quality on your job too. But this is a general conditional. There are sure exceptions, and it depends on your job/approach places to work, etc.

When working without a diploma I would make sure the procedure of your job application is legal and that you won't end up working illegally, be it that you didn't need your diploma. If you get caught working illegally you might not be able to enter Türkiye again for at least the coming years. I would be very suspicious if I was not asked for my diploma, and if I were not I would make sure that the procedure would go professional and by law.
