How would you say this in Turkish: You can, but you don't have to

as answer to questions like for example:

"Do I have to wear a fancy dress?"
"Do you want me to bring something?"
"Shall I get you a coffee as well?"
"Do I have to read all this by tomorrow?"

and so on..

Thank you accountant

But isn't there a construction in Turkish similar to English? I mean, where you don't have to repeat the words of the question?

for the second part you can always say ama zorunda değilsin. But for the first part depends on what is the verb in the sentence.
