This is the sentence to become a Muslim.
When a person says "esheduenla ilahe illallah ve esheduenne muhammeden abduhu ve resuluhu", he/she becomes a Muslim.
the meaning: i bear (give) witness that there is no God except Allah and i bear witness again that Muhammed is Allah's servant and prophet

It is a holy expression that if someone wants to become muslim, he/she must say this expression with believing its meaning.

I attest that 'There is no god but God, and Muhammad is His prophet'

both are same but the correct one is "esheduenla ilahe illallah ve esheduenne muhammeden abduhu ve resuluhu", i think the sender of the message to you wrote wrongly

The sentence you wrote is wrong. (written wrongly). The second one is correct.
