Akıllı kişiye sonda görülecek şey önceden görünür, gönlüne doğar; bilgisi az kişiye sonunda!
Ey insan! Cisim ve mal ziyanı, cana faydalıdır, canı vebalden kurtar. Sen de riyazatla, canla, başla müşteri ol. "Tenini rîyazata verdin mi canını kurtardın." demektir

My attemt for second part,
Hey, Human! losses of flesh (fleshly desires) and goods are useful for your soul, so try for that to be rid of committing sins. Try hard, to be a volunteer for salvation by asceticism and mortification of flesh. So, in this way you can only free your soul.

Er...I still don't get it. Can someone please explain what it's saying, without the literal translation? Is it saying to give up some things that you want , which are sins of the flesh, so to say, ...then your soul can be free? or don't give them up???? I know I know, I'm thick!
