deli got the core of it. The beginning seems like English and ask kuvatjen sounds like a Scandinavian name. I guess that the last 4 words. bilki is actually "belki" maybe so then

Hi darling (can ast kuvatjen.. names?) that passion such that isn't happening I more further here come also that passion you want to continue if not you and I will be in class.

[Ok no pretty, but think there is an idea there]

I don't get some of it too but the rest means:
hi darling, this love isn't working like that, do you want me to come here more and to continue it or you say that we should finish it, know that you're me (or "mine" with a typo).

bilki is "bil ki"- know that
dersin is "you say" (not "ders" but "demek")
