Dear Sir,
This man is perfect for the job as he has considerable experience, with duvets and pillows. He is quite happy to spend 8hrs a day testing and all night if required. will he get food and drink delivered?

I'd also like to be a pilot but it's not possible. My biggest dream is to be ambassador in Turkey, but I have no idea on how to achieve it. I'm afraid it will be nothing more but a dream

Well, if you were Dutch I would say: start studying at university something like economics, intercultural studies, Turkish Culture & Language or management science. Then try to get a job at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and don't aim to high for starters, follow several courses at the (very expensive) Management Academy of the ministry and hope.... a lot. Besides that working in any other job in a foreign country for an organisation as VSO (Voluntary Services Overseas) would help.
