A new newspaper in English (first printed on the 16th January). There are around forty columnists. To name some; Bülent Keleş, Andrew Finkel, Kerim Balcı, Hugh Pope, Ayşe Karabat, Udo Steven Bassey, Ali Bulaç, Fikret Ertan, Kathy Hamilton, Pat Yale, Cem Özdemir, Michael Kuser, Suzanne Swan,... The foreigner columnists are mainly the ones who have lived and worked as journalists in Turkey.

The newspaper also intends to help expatriates living in Turkey accommodate Turkey and Turkish culture.

CHARLOTTE MCPHERSON writes about problems expatriates living in Turkey might face. An e-mail address is available on her column to ask for advice on cultural and social situations and for help in developing friendships in Turkey.

There is an other part in Today's Zaman for expatriates and tourists travelling Turkey; "expat zone".It provides some information and tips about Turkey and travelling Turkey. For example: Tips for travelling with children.
The newspaper intends to provide a lively forum for expatriates living in Turkey and encourages expatriates to contact and share their experiences, questions and problems in all walks of life in for publication in Today's Zaman.

This is exactly what I have been looking for, until my turkish is better anyway. Do you know if it is an actual newspaper as well or is it just internet based?

I think you should compare it with the other English language newpapers such Turkish Daily News: 1.5 YTL

So price is fair.

I understand that the price for english language newspapers is higher, but it doesn't help people like me who are under education and can't afford it. When I've finished and have a decent job in a couple of years, hopefully I'll be able to speak turkish anyway, so it won't matter then.
Anyway, I'm really glad that there are some offers for those who live in Turkey and don't speak the language.
