...it would not be ok with me...and it is sad that your friend is depending on her husband economically because they both seem unhappy. I don´t envy the husband either...even though he entertain himself... ...sounds like miserable lifes in different ways...on the other hand the existentialist in me thinks that everyones life is miserable...one way or another...

I wouldn't like that too. If I choose to marry this man, its cuz he is the one I wanna spend the rest of my life with. So what is this about staying apart long-term wise?? I just can't...

really whether we agree or not unfortunately it is your friends life and she can live it however she sees fit..so although i or others don't agree with it you should respect your friends wishes i think..

Nice of you to air your friends problems in public! If I was her I would be furious. It is there problem and for them to sort out.
