allah rahatlik versin=goodnight
tatli ruyalar= sweet dreams
iyi uyukular =sleep well
iyi aksamlar= good evening
guynaydin= goodmorning
tunaydin= good afternoon

i think they use iyi aksamlar from 5 until nine
then it becomes iyi geceler

iyi akşamlar can also be used as a greeting, as in good evening as well as saying it as in a farewell meaning, so yes it is interchangeable
