No one has touched this, I will make some observations.

In English you intent is very clear, but as written the Turksish translation might go wrong. In Parts.
1.
"I think the world of you" Better to say "You are my world"

Sen benim dünyası,

2. "...wonderful man" I accept you feelings as fact but I don't know him so I have a problem with saying something with no direct knowledge.

3. "So don't expect me to fall out of love" This is a double negative. Negative verbs in Turkish has IDENTICAL spelling to certain Verbal nouns.("gelme" can mean DON"T COME or TO COME depending whether emphasis is on "Gel" or "me" My Grammer book warns that "negative verbs should be avoided in writing for his reason"..

I suggest "Seni seviyorum ve sevicağim"
"I am loving you and will love you"

so. "Sen benim dünyası...Seni seviyorum ve sevicağim"

Possibly not what a native Turk would say, but the point will come across.
