Hi! I am working in a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) and we offer up to 1 MB which costs a lot. The lowest is 192 Downstrem/128 Upstream which appears to be the best-selling. BTW, that is broadband cable internet which is, of course, unlimited service.

Woh... 8MB is really something.. that's the bandwidth for corporate accounts which costs a lot than gold.
Imagine 1MB costs 29,000Php in the Philippines and that's more than 500US Dollars a month. Where in the world is the cheapest?

8Mb in the UK is rare - only very few areas have access to that sort of speed. Most of the country has 1Mb available with 2Mb becoming more and more common.
I'm on a 2Mb connection.......
