what is going on?

i really like this website very much people are in this website very friendly, helpful and almost all of the members respect to each other which is great but i don't think the same about the site management all the time..
reasons;
my pictures are taken away from my private pictures by someone in the management without telling me anything and leave 2 of them which they thought they were alright? i wonder why? they were not containing any sexual or ridiculous remarks..i am sure i wasn't over the limit there was a lot of more space to put extra pictures..
also in the past I've answered for someone's text in the forum which was absolutely ridiculous to put that text there it was about "having sexual relationship first time with.. and losing virginity blaa blaa..." and I've answered it as; "THIS IS TOO PRIVATE TO SHARE" that was all but someone deleted my answer instead of the original text... and I sent a text to site manager about it they haven't texted me back... this type of things keep happening here...
i am protesting the things happening here!

we are only allowed 2 personal pictures on our profile now. admin did post a message on the main page saying that if people didn't remove excess pictures, they would remove them and leave only the first 2 pictures in your profile behind.
this was due to more and more people using this site as a dating site, which it is not, as it is a language learning site.

There was a message on the home page for about three weeks before hand, saying that pictures were going to be removed if you did not remove them yourself.

I must admit I didn't see the message either until I was told here! I have TC as my default home site and it goes directly to Forum Topics so I rarely see the homepage

i didnt know what it changed, i know now thank you..

Are you using the correct method to inform Admin of anything you don't like? Use the contact form on the TC Website link.
In the end it is up to Admin if they delete a thread or not. I don't think you always get a message, to say that action has been taken, so it is not just you!!

I always get an answer from Admin. It takes a few days sometimes but really always.

I didn't read about the 2 pics either, while I got the main page as my homepage..

I am in this site for more than 2 years and never had problems with admin, they respond on evry single note.
The add was there for long time and that's our responsibility to see. I did not see either but Slavica warned me and I made my choice.
I think there is not a big problem. You can delete the pictures you have now and download new ones.
