Does kžz çocuk mean "daughter"? This is Travlangs word of the day. I looked it up on the Turkish dictionary and the translation is different. It is kiz.

Can someone clear up my confusion please? Is the ž really an i ?

Cheers, from foggy England

And it usually means "girl" in general, it doesn't have to be "daughter".

kız means both daughter and girl

bu benim kızım - this is my daughter
bu kız kim? - who is that girl?
