I think, im not sure, but maybe they meant " it wouldn't hurt you to be nice sometmies" rather than " i wouldn't hurt you, I would be nice to you sometimes."

It seems to me that the original sentence was written wrong; the very common expression is "IT wouldn't hurt you to be nice to me sometimes." The writer is saying that you are not being nice to her but it wouldn't hurt you if you would be.
In other words, "Bazen bana karşı hoş olabilirdin."
(Yani bana bazen bana karşı hoş davransaydin, sana zarar getirmezdi...)
