'two hearts holding hands in a field of daisies' translated to turkish. my first guess was 'iki yürek elleri tutmak papatyalarin alaninda', but i've only been learning turkish for a week or two so for obvious reasons i doubt that i'm 100% correct here.

I think it's better to say:
papatya tarlasında iki yürek el tutuyor
