Just a couple corrections or additional suggestions. And remember that in Turkish these may be used more as verbs than as adjectives per se. For example "kendini üstün gören" (self righteous) would be more commonly expressed as "kendin üstün görüyor." But "kendini üstün gören birisi."

Well-meaning iyi amaçlı(iyi manada)
İyi niyetli also.

Unforgivable unutulmaz
Affedilmez. (unutulmaz is "unforgettable")

Tousted (hair) You mean "twisted" perhaps:
Burulmuş, buruk

If you mean "tousled," it's just "karışık" as in "saçları karışık." Or "karmakarışık" if it's really bad.

Tickskinned Thick skinned: If you mean in the sense of
"not easily offended" you can say `Alınmaz` (he doesn't get offended) (The opposite is "alıngan" - touchy, easily offended.)

Tease (Joker) Takılan kimse
Şakacı, Fırlama, Esprili kimse

Self-righteous kendini beğenmiş
I'd say kendini üstün gören. Kendini beğenmiş is more "snobby, haughty." You could say something like "kendini günahsız zannediyor."

Self-conscious kendini bilen
No, kendini bilen would be "self aware." This is a very difficult one to render exactly in Turkish. "Kendini fazla düşÃ¼nünen" perhaps or "kendini açık hisseden" (feels exposed). It's a sort of embarassment for which you can say "heyecanlı." But it doesn't quite express it either...

Scatting "Scattered" perhaps? Dağınık.

Sated doyurucu, yeterli
Doygun. doyurucu is "satisfying, satiating"

Reassuring (something)güvenilir
cesaret verici. You would likely say "cesaret veriyor" or "güvenimi tazeliyor" (it refreshes my trust). It depends exactly how you mean it.

"fırlama" is very rude, I think. I mean one shouldn't use for a "joker". If someone is very arrogant with his jokes and also very mad and crazy, so that if you are angry with him, then, maybe you say it. But not directly: joker.
