My granddaughter is growing so much she is walking now and saying some simple words. I love being near her and she loves her Nine too! We go for walks in the garden but now the rainy season has started so it is harder to get out.

My husband and I are planning to return to Istanbul in September or October in 2008. We want to take Turkish lessons while we are there and enjoy Istanbul in warmer weather than when Nur was born in January. We are hoping they can join us to explore some of the sights around the city.

Torunum çok (hızlı? fast?) büyüyor. Şimdi yürüyor ve bazı basit kelimeleri söylüyor. Onun yanında olmayı seviyorum ve o da Ninesini seviyor. Bahçede yürüyüşlere çıkıyoruz ama şimdi yağmurlu sezon başladı yani dışarı çıkmak daha zor.

Kocam ve ben Eylül ya da Ekim 2008'de İstanbul'a dönmeyi planlıyoruz. Nur'un doğduğu Ocak ayından daha ılıman iklimi olan İstanbul'da eğlenirken Türkçe dersleri de almak istiyoruz. Umarız biz şehirdeki manzaraları keşfederken onlar da bize katılabilirler.
