Please help me to translate Turkish into English:

Assuming you want "Ok" from TURKISH to ENGLISH.

THe dictionary says it is: arrow, tongue of a wagon, a porcupines quill, or the shank of a ships anchor.

I think many Turks may use it as same as English "OK", however.

My dictionary says same
Ok = arrow
If it's used in context then means something else.
For example:
Ok gibi fırlamak = to rush out of(a place);
Ok yaydan çıktı ( Fig.) = the die is cast
