i get the hint of what some of it says and the last says happy valetines but could someone help me out cause i just got home from work and cant find my dictionary lol

Sorry don't have time to parse it, but it is definitely a valentines message. Sometime about "some about rain and being soaked, (maybe with passion) .....not one day not one week... and happy stuff at the end."
