aldıckça Kilo aldıkça, yürümen zorlaşacaktır.(As you gain weight, it'll be hard for you to walk.)
bildickçe Bildikçe sevdi, sevdikçe yok oldu.(She loved when she knew, she faded away as she loved.)
öldükçe Öldükçe yeniden doğdu aşk. Love was born again as it was dead.
köştükça Koştukça yorulursun. You'll get tired as you run.
actually I can say that we use the suffix -çe -ça when we want to say "when". But we use it for a long term.
when you use these suffixes in a word(it's always a verb), it means the action that the verb presents, will effect something.
Kilo aldıkça, yürümen zorlaşacaktır.
for this example, as you see it says "as you gain weight". This part of the sentence is the reason part. Try to ask questions to the sentence.
It'll be hard for you to walk. (ask WHY?)
if you ask why, you'll get the answer
"as you gain weight"
you can also say "Kilo aldığında" instead of "Kilo aldıkça". But you can not change a sentence like this one;
Eve geldiğinde televizyonu açtı.
She turned on the tv when she got home.
you can not say
eve geldikçe televizyonu açtı. It'd be something like;
every time she got home, she turned the tv on.
Hope this is not confusing... If so, plz let me know=)
