Please help translate this....
You sounded so upset the last time we spoke. I do hope everything works out the way you want. I really want you to be happy. I wish I could help you although you've said you don't want me to. I know that sometimes it seems that I don't understand what you are saying but honestly I do. Not really sure how but I do understand the things you tell me. Please do not worry about me not understanding you. Your English is definitely a lot better than my Turkish. All I want you to know and be sure of is that I am always here for you. Afterall we have known each other since we were kids and I'm not about to give up on you.

Son konusmamızda cok üzgün gördüm seni, umarım herşey umdugun gibi olur. gercekten mutlu olmanı istiyorum. keşke sana yardım edebilseydim beni istemedigini soylemene ragmen. biliyorum bazen seni anlamadıgım gibi gozukuyor ama gercekten anlıyorum. lutfen seni anlamamdan endişelenme. senin ingilizcen kesinlikle benim turkcem den cok daha iyi tek bilmeni istedigim herzaman senin icin burdayım. son olarak, birbirimizi cocuklugumuzdan beri tanıyoruz ve seninle ilgilenmekten vazgecmiyecegim.
