I remember that I saw it couple of times before.
It is better to say YAZIM hatası instead of daktilo hatası.
I know daktilo etmek is to type with keyboard.
But it looks weird to me. 
We use YAZMAK for hand and for keyboards.

Daktilo etmek was used when there were typewriters.(Daktilo)
We use yazmak for typing on a computer.
There maybe some people, who maybe old , using daktilo etmek for computers too.
You type a message. --- Biz bir mesaj yazarız.
You write a note. --- Biz bir not yazarız.
You print a document. -- Biz belgeyi yazdırırız.
---they are not translation ---
type and write --> yazmak
print --> Yazdırmak or Basmak.
