Can any of you computer buffs help a TC friend of mine who can no longer log on to TC or TC dictionary from her laptop? Every time she tries she gets the following message:

res://ieframe.dll/dnserror.htm#javascript:expandCollapse('infoBlockID',true)i

Can anyone give me an answer I can pass on to her? She is getting desperate. lol

I had something weird happening as well last week. After I cleaned cookies, temporary internet files, deleted history, did a virus scan and all kinds of bug scans everything worked fine again

ps: my scans were negative, I'm a clean girl

Thanks Elisa - but she says she's done all that! Anyone else got any ideas?

Is it only with TC or other sites as well? If it is with other sites as well, maybe something to do with her internet in general. Tell her to check to see if it is her DNS.

The error is above in bold. Internet Explorer Frame Buffer, I guess! So, tell her to make changes on the preferences of IE and tick or untick "Enable JavaScript."

Alternatively, she could delete "ieframe.dll" and all other "dll" files in her computer. lol

Thank you vineyards. I'll pass your suggestions on to her.
