I have a samsung E720 and I set the language to Turkish because sending a text is easier but now I don't know what to do to put it back as English because the words are of course, all in Turkish.

Is anyone good with phones? If so please could you help me! Otherwise I can never use my mobile

Life without commuinication huh? lol

Just click on "menü" (menu) then go into "ayarlar" (settings), then click on "tel. ayarlarl" (phone settings), then finally click on "dil" (language) and pick your choice of language.

so basically:

menü - ayarlar - tel. ayarlarl - dil - done!

Babey I don't know this model phone, but most phones let you write texts in two different "modes". You can set Mode1 for English and Mode2 for Turkish. It saves you changing the entire language of your phone to another language! You will find it in text settings...
