Does anybody know what type of hospital it is in Diyarbakir. Is it state funded or private funded. Do children not receive free medical care in turkey if they are seriously sick?

It must be good because there are still people alive in diyarbakir even with all of the violent crime,muggings etc that occur  i'm not sure if they get free medical care or not but i'm betting that they don't.

looking on google it only mentions a state hospital but there is a birth and childrens clinic mentioned when searching in turkish..
