What about yapamadım for "I couldn't have done". It doesn't always imply "if only", does it?
Besides, I'd have to think hard about a sentence with "if only I couldn't have (verb)", having a logical meaning..

So I'd think: yap (stem) + a (negative -abil/-ebil) + -ma + -dim (geçmiş zaman ending)

edit: I think I should delete my "if only" explanation because I mixed up the dilek condition and şart condition tenses again..

Let's have a glance at their meanings through the sentences:
First remember we don't have perfect tenses, the meaning can be changed due to the time expressions you use!!!:
1) I have been doing
(as you know there should be a process in each perfect tense,if it's a perfect continuous, the action is probably not finished)
Üç saatir ödevimi yapıyorum.
(It's started before 3 hours ago but not finished yet.)
2) I wıll be doing
Yarın bu zaman,ödevimi yapıyor olacağım
(you are thinking about at that moment in the future so you need "...-yor ....-cak"
3) I have had
Beş aydır bu arabaya sahibim.
(here because of the verb "have" , we use the sentence like" to be" in English but check this out:
I have just done my homework
Ödevimi henüz yaptım.
(It seems like simple past-di li geçmiş zaman, but doesn't.As you see there is a connection between past and present)
4) I had had
Bu Ferrari'den önce, bir Mazda'ya sahiptim.
or
Dışarı çıkmadan önce ödevimi yapmıştım.
(generally it's used with .... m(ışt(ı
5) I would have done (generrally... -c(a)kt(ı)
Dün,ödevimi yapacaktim.
6) I would not have done (generally ...m(a)y(a)c(a)kt(ı)
Dün,ödevimi yapmayacaktim.
Geçen hafta,o partiye gitmeyecektim.
7) I could have done (..-b(i)l(i)rd(i))
Dün,ödevimi yapabilirdim.
8) I couldnt have done(..-m(a)zd(ı)
Dün,ödevimi yapamadım.
Geçen hafta okula gidemedim.

Note:You should change the vowels of suffixes by considering the vowel harmony and add personal suffixes due to the subjects,as well

Sometimes you have to leave a space between a letter/character and a bracket, otherwise the site reads them as a smiley
