could anyone translate this for me please?

It has come to our attention that players are closing their tickets out prematurely. If you receive a response from Customer Support informing you that your issue has been escalated to another department and you hit "Accept Response," you are telling the system that your issue is resolved. Your ticket is then closed and it disappears from the CS queue. Do Not click on "Accept Response" unless your issue is actually resolved. This will prevent you from having to submit another ticket. Conversely, if you have corrected your issue before Customer Support has had a chance to address it, you can use "Accept Response" to close out your ticket and to let us know that the issue has been resolved.
Due to the recent issues with the new account activation emails not being sent out, we have manually activated all accounts created between March 1st and March 8th at 1:00PM PST which will include the 3 day trial premium service. Our network engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing

Yolcuların biletlerini normal oldugundan daha erken iptal ettiklerini farkettik.Musteri Desteginden sorunuzun başka bir departmana devrilmis oldugunu soyleyen cevap alip `Cevabi kabul et`uzerine basarsaniz sistemi sorunuzun halledilmis oldugunu bildiriyorsunuz.O sekilde biletiniz iptal edilir ve CS sirasindan yok olur.Sorunuz halledilmis olmadigi suresince `Cevabi kabul et` uzerine tiklamayin.Bu sekilde baska bilet teslim etmek derdinden kurtulmus olursunuz.Halbuki Musteri Destegi sorunuza muracaat etmeden once onu duzeltme sansiniz olursa biletinizi iptal etmek icin `Cevabi kabul et`i kullanip sorunuzun artik halledilmis oldugunu bizi bildirebilirsiniz.
Son zamanlarda yeni hesap acma maillerle ilgili yasadigimiz gonderme sorunlarindan dolayi 3 gunluk ikramiye servisi iceren 1 -8 mart arasinda saat 1 00 PM PST acilmis olan butun hesaplari bizzat baslattik.Network uzmanlarimiz bu sorun en kisa zamanda halletmeleri icin ugrasmakta.Verdigimiz rahatisizlik icin ozur dileriz.
