1. Controlling flow of paperwork through the admin office.
2. To ensure that invoices are sent to customers with all relevant paperwork.
3. To provide proof of delivert documentation for invoicing.
4. To ensure all proof of delivery requests are dealt with promptly.
5. To chase outstanding paperwork via depots/ sub-contractors as requested.
6. Produce weekly figures regarding rate changes.
7. Dealing with customer queries.
8. Approve all sub contractor invoices, ensuring POD's/ information is accurate.
9. Ensure all sub contractor confirmation notes are issued on a weekly basis.
10. Ensure all vehicle purchase leases/ trailer hire are invoiced on a weekly basis.
11. General office duties including faxing, photocopying and answering the telephone.
12. To carry out duties in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety procedures.
13. Any other tasks as designated by the Admin Supervisor.

Bütün satın alınmış ya da kiralanmış araçların faturaları düzenli olarak her hafta çıkarıldığını sağlamak

Genel ofisinde temel görevlerin aralarında faks, fotokopi çekmek, telefon görüşmeleri gerçekleşmek
