mevlude,i tried before some turkish dessert hilmi said you make it but we dont no the name for it all i no is that you use plain biscuits and some kind of chocolate what is it called do you know?

mevlude daha once bir turk tatlisi yapmaya calismisti hilmi dedi ki sen yaparsin onu ama onun adini bilmiyoruz butun bildigim sade biskuvi kullanip sonra bi cesit cikolata kullaniyorsun biliyor musun bunun adini?
ps; i think thats mosaik cake (mozaik pastasi)

ingredients
1 cup of flour
1.5 " " " sugar
4 table spoons of kakao
1 lt of milk
1 table spoon of margarin
1 yolk
2 paket of plain biscuit
half a cup of coconat
preparation;
1. mix flour, sugar and kakao in the same pan(if you add milk without stiring flour can lumpy)
2. add milk and margarin and keep stiring till it get enough thick
3. add the yolk and stir it well a few munites before you turn the cooker off
4. dip the biscuit to the sauce you have just prepared and put biscuit in to the glass tray (oblong) and stand the buskuit there. and put only plain biscuit after and do this till you finished all. put rest of the sauce around your cake. sprinkle coconut to the cake and its ready!
ps; you might want to live it in the fridge for couple of hours
