hahaha, I didn't read it carefully but I think the author encourages people to think about things/people that they love and claims that it guarantees them happiness! lol
I have a better idea - be productive, do meaningful things and make a difference - instead of daydreaming and talking. no, not expensive cars, but yes - lots of effort is necessary to be satisfied with life!

“If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.”
Albert Einstein quotes (German born American Physicist who developed the special and general theories of relativity. Nobel Prize for Physics in 1921. 1879-1955)

Happiness is a state of mind! Something you are born with and that then shapes your life and the way you perceive your life.

Material possessions never made anyone happy, who could not be or was not happy anyway.

Quoting MrX67:

and sometime happiness is a fate..

Because I am a positive person I always associate fate as negative, but I suppose some people are only happy when they are talking about fate
