I used to love the Eurovision song contest when I was a little kid because that was one of the only evenings I could stay up all night and drink a lot of coke and eat chips and stuff

But now I really couldn't be bothered
Even if they paid me money to watch it I'd still need to think it over

Same to me. But: Sweden - twelve points, Suede - Douze points, it has something, don't you think?

And for us we have Terry Wogan's dulcet tones, mockery and foreboding when introducing each song! He is the chap at the beginning of the clip above and is a British Institution!!

I have to admit, I did watch the contest again a couple of years ago, replaced my family by friends and the coke by wine and watched it on BBC because of him

There were two finalists and he said the WRONG act had won. Fern Cotton quickly corrected him. Everyone looked everso slightly embarassed. And the poor girl who thought she had won, sort of ambled off, confused.

And yes I had a most exciting Saturday night in.

Well we picked out entry last night (not me personally of course as I still have my hearing). If this is the progress that this country has made in it's contribution to the contest, I think we should give up now!!

Scooch!!

I have modifed and added the entry as seen on TV last night!

Eurovision song causes Brain damage!
IT is such a shamefull show, they r only in competition-who will look more original, and girls... ..who cares about quality of song if iam wearing minnieskirt or if i have look of monster! lol
