If the message came from your husband, (and based on your response it guess it did) that is fine. If it came from a relative or brother in law, then

"yenge" is

1. uncle´s wife, affinal aunt.
2. sister-in-law, brother´s wife.
3. used when referring informally to one´s own wife or to a friend´s wife:

Sam - look up the verb gezmek on the site dictionary. It has loads of different meanings. She is saying 'galiba = it seems that you are... and then the present tense of the verb gezmek - it can mean all sorts of things like 'looking around' or 'visiting'

Btw - I translated yenge as 'my wife' because I thought it was from Levent (that is your fiance's name isn't it?)

"gezmek" which i translated as "enjoying wondering around" actually hasnt got exact means i'll try to explain;it gezmek means enjoying while walking around or while driving around
gezmek; walk, wander, go about, hike,
itinerate, travel, tour, visit, wandering in, brows around, get about jaunt, knock around, prembulate, pregrinate, prominade, range rove, gad ramble, row
