*First one should be 'i take one week of permission(from work usually)'

*Second one not written in a good Turkish, it should be 'senin yokluğun o kadar zor ki' maybe u cant understand coz of this. it means 'your absence is so hard(difficult)'

the correct meaning for the word "izin" in these kindda sentences is "leave",

so a precise translation in english to your first sentence could be:

"I am going/will/may/might get leave for a week."

thus it show that Turkish is quite flexible to accomodate a couple of meanings in one expression.

correct me if im wrong please!!!!

izin = permission; leave/vacation

izin almak = to get permission
