I agree that is the meaning I would get from that sentence, Turksih native/fluent speakers the same as other language's native/fluent speakers don't necessarily stick to grammar rules..

Such as the example above and many others. Especially writing "şey" as connected. It is a noun and must be written seperate always. Herşey --> Her şey, Birşey --> Bir şey etc.
