Hello, could someone help me with this please? I am a very beginner and I dont understand how to express possesion (to have). What are the ways I can say: "I have"?

For example, what is different in meaning in these sentences?

Onda radyo var. X Onun radyosu var.

or

Sende böyle sözlük yok. X Senin böyle sözlügin yok.

It isnt clear to me at all. Thank you very much for your help. Lenka

var is for noun sentences.var is not for verbal sentences.

There is/are =var
have/has=var

there is/are not =yok
do not have /does not have=yok

There is a computer on the desk.
Masada bir bilgisayar var.

is there a computer on the desk ?
Masada bir bilgisayar var mı ?

is not there a computer on the desk ?
Masada bir bilgisayar yok mu ?

Bilgisayarım var= İ have computer
Bilgisayarım yok = İ do not have computer

Bilgisayarın var mı ?= do you have computer?
Bilgisayarın yok mu ?= do not you have computer?

To express possession you use 'var' (exists) with a possessive suffix for the object concerned.

For example:
köpek - dog
köpeğim - my dog
üç köpeğim - my three dogs
üç köpeğim var - my three dogs exist meaning I have three dogs.

kolay gelsin
