Hi everybody. Im an absolute beginner of this language. Im trying to learn and recognise a few frases and single words. I got help on the translation forum with some sentenses (thanks jooooe)
But I have this problem..
Joooe translated "please dont go to Ankara" to "lütfen gitme Ankara" but when I translate this by myself its exact the opposite meaning "please go to Ankara"....?

Could anyone explane the diffrence between:

please go to Ankara and
please dont go to Ankara

I miss you and
I dont miss you

Whats the rule here?? thank you anyone for helping!

So "mi" or "me" to the verb is telling you that you are NOT doing...?

to make negative verbal sentences mi,mı,mu,mü,me,ma are added to verb.Because of vowel harmony.To pronounce it easier.

İn present continous and past continuous and rivayet continous here is not me,ma

if the last vowel of verb is
a,ı=ı
e,i=i
o,u=u
ö,ü=ü

Yapmıyorsun=You are not doing.
Koşmuyorsun=You are not running.
Gezmiyorsun=You are not visiting.
Yürümüyorsun=You are not walking.

For other tenses here only me,ma .
if the last vowel of the verb is back vowel (a,ı,o,u) ma.
if the last vowel of the verb is front vowel (e,i,ö,ü) me.

Yapmadım=İ did not do.
Gezmedim=İ did not visit.
Yapmayacaksın=You will not do.
Gezmeyeceksin=You will not visit.
Yapmam=İ do not do
Gezmem=İ do not visit
Yapmamış (here is not such a tense in English)You can write past or perfect tense instead of it.
Gezmemiş
