I think it might be this...but i'm just having a go really so don't take my word for it until someone who really knows confirms or denies it!
'their house' evleri
'their houses' evlerleri
As I have said. I'm only trying. So we'll have to wait and see.
onlar-ın noun-leri

their house onların evi
their houses onların evleri
his/her house onun evi
But if you want to omit onları, you should say "evleri" bec then it can be mixed with onun evi. And usually we use just "evleri" rather than onların evleri in most cases, unless we talk about the exact possession.
hehehe maybe someone can give a more detailed explanation.

Thank you
So
'evleri' can be used as singular and plural according to your explanation ,but depends on situation of conversation isn't it?
'evleri' onlarin evi -singular
'evleri' onlarin evleri -plural
let me try
Ayşe ve Ahmet’in evi(onların evi) caddenin karşısında.
Evleri iki katlı.
So here ‘evleri’ means ‘onların evi’ isn’t it ? because it is certain that I am talking about Ayşe and Ahmet (evleri-singular, I am talking about one house/their house/)
And another one
Salih’in evi Balıkesir’de Ayşe’nin ki ise Smsun’da.
Evleri birbirinden çok uzak.
And here ‘evleri’ menas ‘onların evlerı’ Am I right? Now I am talking about two houses Salıh’s and Ayşe’s house (evleri-plural,/their houses/)
Plsssss tel me if I am right or not

Yes, yes you're right nightingale
Sometimes it seems that it can be confused, but it can be understood from the previous sentences what you talk about.
