tozu dumana katmak is an idiom. I looked for its english equıvalent in my dictionary.
Either you will rise clouds of dust or you will swallow clouds of dust.

"You will either raise clouds of dust or swallow clouds of dust."
* The idiom "tozu dumana katmak" actually should be translated "make a great fuss", but since there is "tozu dumanı yutacaksın" as the second expression in the sentence, I should have chose its literary meanining-"raise clouds of dust."

FOLLOWING TRY TO CONVEY THE MEANING of THE IDIOM, NOT ITS LITERAL TRANSLATION
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY TO RIDE IN THE DUST OF THOSE THAT LEAD, DARE PUSH YOUR HORSE TO THE FRONT LINE.
YOU WILL EITHER BE AT THE FRONT (meaning a group of horsemen) EVER GALLOPING INTO DUSTLESS AND FRESH AIR, OR BE CONTEND TO SWALLOW THE DUST OF THOSE THAT LEAD....

Tozu dumana katmak: making something impressive, being so fast that you rise dust around.
Tozu dumanı yutmak: being down, being behind of other racers, to breathe the dust of those who are in front of you.
Either you bite the bullet or you bite the dust.
