I got an eamail from someone with "seker_deli_kiz" in their email address...what does that mean, does it make any sense? Thank you

şeker rüyalar

instead of

tatlı rüyalar

for 'sweet dreams'?

Does "candy crazy girl" make any sense? If not, I was right. Because, "şeker" in the "şeker deli kız" is in the sense of "tatlı"(cute, sweet). But you must say:

"tatlı rüyalar" instead of "şeker rüyalar".

So you are right.

isn't just meaning "sugar" as a term of endearment like "honey" or "my sweet"? Americans use this a lot.

yeah, if you add the 1st person suffix "ım", then you can use it in the sense of "honey", "my sweet".

şekerim = honey

similarly, tatlıM = honey
