I think it's the same as learning any foreign language. There's not a different formule to learn turkish. You have to take it really serious, just staring at the words do not help anything. You have to be systematic and start to learn it from the very start. The grammar ofcourse. The easy sentences with the present tense. Just like in any other language. Because there's not so many people learning turkish as a foreign language doesn't mean that it's because it's difficult. If the turks manage to learn english or any other language, the english speakers can manage to learn turkish too. Anyway, I advise you to go to a language school. I didn't really learn any language without a help of a school.

Everyone complains of the difficulty of the Turkish language and special additions that characterize the language
I think step by step to learn the language
the first step is study all the gramers and save more vocabulary in your memory
and the last step to learn it , move to live in Turkey cause it is the best way for learn it

Ask an experienced, dont ask Wise

To start with learn vowel harmony then have a good knowledge of the vocabulary. Concentrate on verb tenses, past, present, present contınous and future to begin with.

You must then learn and in my opinion the hardest possessive nouns.

But most of all take your time yavaş yavaş.....

It's just a tongue twister. I just made a joke. I don't think you need to learn it's meaning.
