Anyone been in Bodrum? This is Bodrum's special. Fry 2 striped aubergines in olive oil. Put them on a napkin, so extra oil will go. Put some olive oil in a pan and add some chopped tomatoes(3 mid size) and 3 gloves of garlic, salt. In another cup, mix a cup of yoghurt, salt and smashed garlic. In order, aubergines, yoghurt with garlic, tomato sauce. Put them on a deep serving plate.
Bon apetite

Well I had visited Bodrum just last year and enjoyed it so much being there, but this dish sounds wonderful as it's city. I will try it, thanks for sharing this receipe.
