All the arabs do not look the same, all the turks do not look the same. I'm not an expert in arabs, but as far as I know, the appearance of arabs change a lot from region to region. Sometimes, we can see really very dark arabs but sometimes we can meet fair skinned arabs (though I don't think any blond). North african arabs have mixed with berbers a lot, and libanase and syrian arabs are also fairer I think, and turks... What we call as turks are usually the people living in Turkey, the anatolian turks, you can find every kind of turk, as the turks in anatolia have mixed a lot, but we can make a generalization as east southern or eastern turk is mostly darker and different facial figures, a bit closer to arabs, and in the north part of Turkey, there are a lot of colored eyed fair skinned turks, anyway in France there are a lot of african arabs and a little bit turks, but I always distinguish the arabs from turks. Usually, their skin color is dark olive and quite mat, and their facial features are different, their eyes and hair are on general always very dark brown while there are a lot of hazel eyed turks and also colored eyed, nose, and bone structure are also different, it's not easy to tell it. In general, turks have asiatic features, the shape of their eyes are different, and turks have apperances closer to european (usually very close to greeks), but some turks are difficult to be distinguished from arabs. And then there'are the kurds, they are on general a bit darker to turks, but sometimes they are very close and I've seen a few fair skinned kurds as well. And also, you can distinguish arabs and turks also from their clothes and behaviours. It all depends on experience, if you live among one of these people for a long time, you can distinguish one from another.

But maybe an arab in our forum can tell us the different arabs, I'm also curious about it.

I mean if you had formed your post with a ruler, it might have gone scientific.

Cetvellik şeylere girmedim.

Anyway, ofcourse what I have said is far away being scientific, I have not made a scientific research, but not rubbish either lol. They are just my observations, though as I said hearing the physical apperances of arabs from an arab expert or an arab can be useful because not every arab country is the same, I guess.

Thanks God, you haven't so. You know how much humankind had suffered from those holding a ruler in their hand.

Yes, it's not good to group people as a racist manner, but I like to read about all the racial or ethnic differences and anthropology is one of my favourite subjects.
