I would translate,but I've a little confusion about "I have last minute arrangements to go out". You mean that you are going out this evening unexpectedly? or you're making your last preparations to go out?

Bu akşam internette olmayacağımı için üzgünüm, dışaraya çıkmam için son hazırlıklarımı yapıyorum, seninle konuşmayı dört gözle bekliyordum, sana haber vermek için telefon açtım zaten.
