hello, Can anyone become Muslim, and if the guy is from non-muslim country, if he said to you , he is Muslim, how can you trust him or know him is a liar.
and if a man is not Muslim, and if he want a turkis girlfriens or wife, do he have to become Muslim ?

muslims live in muslim and non-muslim countries. i don't see why someone would lie about being muslim, let alone any religion.
as for a non-muslim man wanting to marry a turkish woman, it depends how religious that woman is. if she isn't religious or non-practicing muslim, then the man may not need to convert.
however, if the woman is very religious, then it may be neccessary for the man to convert to islam.
usually, a muslim woman can only marry a muslim man.
but once again, it depends on the situation and we can't generalise here.

Furthermore,
According to Islam,you cannot judge a person as he is muslim or not. If he says he is a muslim,you have to believe him, because religion and believing in Allah is only between Allah and that person.
Nevertheless if you want to be sure,that time you can want him to read a Sure from Quran or to say the Kelime-i Şahadet which means "I believe that Allah is the only İlah-Creator and Muhammed is his both servant and prophet"
Because Kelime i Şahadet is the first and most essential point in Islam,that person must be Muslim.
But,as an advice,you should be careful, it can be offensive if you dont know that person enough.
